Apply to run an event at WAIW!

By hosting an official WAIW event you will be positioning your organisation as part of the global epicentre of AI activity for the year. Only official WAIW events are listed in the online and app listing, allowing attendees to add them to their personal schedules.

Become an official WAIW event and:

  • Be branded as an “Official World AI Week Event” using official trade marks.
  • Be promoted to our global AI community through all promotion channels (social media, emails, website etc).
  • Appear on the “Official WAIW Events Schedule” for attendees to see your event and attend
  • Be assisted by an official WAIW team member who will help ensure attendance (other services depend on package taken).
  • Benefit from our local database of venues, council permit providers and suppliers.
